This year marks the 50th anniversary of the pioneering RPG Dungeons & Dragons. Daybreak Games, publisher of Dungeons & Dragons Online, is celebrating this milestone achievement with a special Year of the Dragon celebration that spans across the company’s suite of online games. Each of the following games includes a special nod to the pen and paper RPG that inspired generations of players, designers, and the entire gaming industry.
Special dragon-themed items and unlockables will be available in six of Daybreak Games’ titles, from DC Universe Online through The Lord of the Rings Online. Take a look below for the complete details on how each game is celebrating D&D’s 50th over the days and weeks to come. Here’s to the next 50!
