Daybreak Games certifies to the EU-U.S. DPF and Swiss-U.S. DPF for all Personal Information (i.e. information from which an individual can be directly or indirectly identified) that it processes and which is transferred from countries in the UK, European Union and Switzerland to the United States including Personal Information from customer /users.

Customers / users are required to confirm their acceptance of the terms in the Privacy Policy before creating a user account.
Where required by law, Daybreak Games will offer an individual the opportunity to choose whether Personal Information about them will be disclosed to a third party or used for a purpose incompatible with the purpose for which it was originally collected or subsequently authorized by them.

The Federal Trade Commission has jurisdiction over Daybreak’s compliance with the EU-U.S. DPF and the UK Extension to the EU-U.S. DPF, and the Swiss-U.S. DPF. Daybreak is also subject to the investigatory and enforcement powers of the Federal Trade Commission.
Daybreak Games may disclose your Personal Information to a third party in the event of any re-organization, merger, sale, joint venture, assignment, transfer, or other disposition of all or any portion of Daybreak Games' business, assets, or stock, including in connection with any bankruptcy or similar proceedings.
Consumers generally have the right to access their Personal Information. Daybreak provides its customers/users with reasonable access to the Personal Information associated with their accounts and the ability to correct, amend or delete such Personal Information as set forth in the Daybreak Privacy Policy.
In compliance with the EU-U.S. DPF and the UK Extension to the EU-U.S. DPF and the Swiss-U.S. DPF, Daybreak Games commits to resolve DPF Principles-related complaints about our collection and use of your personal information. Under certain circumstances, if your complaint is not resolved through the channels above, an individual may choose to invoke binding arbitration to resolve any disputes that have not been resolved by other means. Because of Daybreak Games' commitment to the protection of Personal Information, Daybreak Games periodically evaluates its privacy policies and procedures to implement improvements and refinements from time to time.
